The Leonora House is a newly renovated stone house nestled within a serene neighborhood of Gaios. Featuring a luxurious private pool, the Leonora House is a perfect retreat to enjoy a leisurely Greek vacation with your loved ones.
The villa is spread across two distinct floor levels and houses two spacious bedrooms with en-suite baths, a dining cum living area, and a sizeable kitchen equipped with high-end amenities and utilities including a coffee maker, cooking utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, refrigerator, and more.
Guests can make the most of an entire range of package inclusive amenities offered at the villa including television, wireless internet, BBQ setup, washing machine, and hairdryer. The interiors of the Leonora House have been tastefully done-up to provide it a unique Greek decor. The living room opens up to a large veranda that features a private pool and a stylish pergola shaded seating area, dining area and barbeque for you to host a private backyard party for your loved ones. You can also spend your leisurely afternoons reading your favorite book and lounging around the garden chairs in the veranda. With the Gaios Town merely 1km away, you can also go out and explore the local markets.

- ● 100% refund if you cancel at least 2 months before check-in. ● 50% refund if you cancel at least 1 month before check-in. ● No refund if you cancel less than 1 month before check-in. ● Paxosretreats.com Service Fee (3%) is non-refundable. ● All cancellations must take place by 12midday according to the Central European Time (CET), on the appropriate day.
- Booking policy
- ● PAYMENT POLICY -- We will require a 30% deposit payable by Credit card or Bank transfer at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 6 weeks prior to arrival. ● DAMAGE AGREEMENT -- You must provide the Company with a valid credit card to act as collateral for any losses or damages to the property (including its contents) during the rental period and the Company may charge such credit card up the amount of these losses or damages. Note that the Company will notify and discuss with you before any such charge is made. If you are required to pay an additional cash security deposit (indicated in your Payment Details), you will be refunded the deposit after we receive clearance from the Owner.

There are so many places to catch the sun in the garden and also sit in the shade when the sun gets too much! The ‘dipping’ pool is a welcome relief to cool down in.
The top tier of the garden is home to three lovely tortoises – which my husband took great delight in feeding!
The owners, Astrid and Leonora, live next door and are extremely helpful and accommodating.
The house is 1.1km (15 min) walk from town – all down hill. A taxi back up costs ~5 euros.
There are plenty of restaurants to choose from in the town, offering a good selection of food.
We would highly recommend Leonora House if coming to Paxos and wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!!

Leonora and family were very welcoming and had really thought of everything to make for a great stay. The highlight for the children were the three tortoises in the garden, which we named Tortilla, Tobago & Tuvalu (though I’m sure they have Greek names too!). The grown-ups enjoyed the tortoises as well, but tasteful decor, comfy beds, a well-equipped kitchen and a super-relaxing garden & pool were also big pluses. Would recommend hiring a car to explore the island and avoid the 15 min walk into lovely Gaios. Big thanks to Leonora & family for hosting and Paxos Retreats for organising.
